It is with great pride that we present our newest creation, the “Heritage” club chair. An exclusive model created in partnership with the legendary Stade Toulousain. This limited edition collector’s model honours the most successful rugby club in France and Europe. An exceptional work to be offered to all supporters of this emblematic rugby club.
A Club chair with the effigy of the Stade Toulousain
We have chosen to work on the basis of a unique model called “Héritage”.
This armchair is an exceptional product, made with care, rigour and passion.
The basane leather that covers the Heritage armchair is made of full grain New Zealand sheepskin. A high quality leather that ages wonderfully. This leather develops fantastic discolorations that reveal singular shades over time. It is approximately 1.4/1.6 mm thick, making it a durable and high quality covering.
We entrust it to the care of our gold basane tanner who, since 1898, has been perpetuating the tradition of vegetable tanning of leather. An ancestral process that sublimates the leather like no other and enhances its particularities. Thus, each model is totally unique.
A logo for a collector’s chair
The club logo worn by the players consists of the letters ‘S’ and ‘T’ intertwined. An iconic symbol that we have engraved on the back of the backrest, directly into the leather.
The Club Heritage chair has an attractive curved back, shell-shaped arms and a deep seat. A rustic yet elegant aesthetic that makes it suitable for all types of interiors.
The structure of this chair is made of solid beech wood that is kiln-dried.
The patina, the colour and the waxing of the leather are applied by hand in our workshop.
Its impeccable finish and attention to detail make it a prestigious and high quality piece of furniture.
This edition is limited to 50 pieces, numbered and delivered with their certificate of authenticity.

A top-of-the-range armchair in tribute to the Stade Toulousain
The 2020/2021 season of the Stade Toulousain has been exceptional. For the second time in its history, this prodigious team has achieved the “French Championship – European Cup” double. First, it defeated Stade Rochelais in the European Cup final in May 2021. Then they won the Top 14 final in June 2021 against the same Rochelais team.
The Rouge et Noir had already achieved this feat in 1996, beating Brive in the French championship final and then Cardiff in the European Cup final. It was the first ever double in the history of European rugby. Stade Toulousain was also the first club to win the European Cup.
2021 was the year of all consecrations. The Stade Toulousain won its 21st French championship title and a 5th European championship title. Never before seen! It is now the most successful club in France and Europe. The Stade Toulousain’s record of achievements is impressive.
Season after season, the rugby players have multiplied their sporting exploits, making their club a legend.
The “Heritage” armchair, a work in the image of the Stade Toulousain
The name “Héritage” came naturally to us in view of the impressive record of this club. Don’t we say “jeu de main, jeu de Toulousain” in reference to their philosophy of play, the beautiful game, the game in the hand?
Did you know that?
The club’s logo was the idea of Lucien Cézéra, a former manager of the Stade Toulousain in the 1950s. He found his inspiration in the Saint-Sernin basilica in Toulouse. It was in the chapel dedicated to Saint Thomas Aquinas that he noticed a superb mosaic with the letters “S” and “T” gracefully interlaced. This symbol was later modernised and coloured to become the red and black logo of the iconic rugby club.

This is without counting the numerous times the red and black team have been finalists in these championships: 8 times in the French championship and 2 times in the European Cup. The Stade Toulousain has always had exceptional players in its ranks, frequently selected for the French team. It is for all these reasons that we wanted to pay tribute to this mythical team which is the pride of the city of Toulouse and the people of Toulouse.
