Judge for yourself: the frame is made from kiln-dried solid beechwood, an incredibly stable and durable wood. The upholstery is vegetable-tanned basane leather. A combination of prestigious leather and an ancient, natural treatment designed to make it supple, satiny and even more durable.

Carefully maintained, it will retain its lustre and acquire a wonderful natural patina, the hallmark of authentic club chairs. Last but not least, this timeless luxury furniture is a true heirloom that has been passed down from generation to generation.
From the 1920s to the present day, French and English craftsmen have created numerous variations on the club chair. The large club chair, in particular, gives free rein to the imagination of its designers. So you’ll find models with crook-shaped or P-shaped armrests, or straight arms. Others have square, straight or round backs, or are shaped like a hat or moustache. Still others will feature a wrap-around back, a raised base, decorative stitching and gold studs even on the armrests.
