Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) set out the terms under which we supply the products (“Product” or “Products”) featured on our website www.myclubchair.com (“our Site”).
Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before ordering any Products from our Site. They explain who we are, how we supply our Products, how the contract may be terminated, what to do in case of a problem, and provide other important information.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale, you must not order any Product from our Site.
1. About Us
1.1 www.myclubchair.com is a website operated by 2AL, registered with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under number 512 223 967.
Our registered office is located at 2 bis Place de l’Église, 31600 Saubens, France.
Our VAT number is FR47512223967.
2. Ordering from the Website
2.1 You can order Products directly from our website www.myclubchair.com 24 hours a day, or by phone at +33 (0)5 62 20 70 01, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
2.2 By placing an order on our Site, you acknowledge that you are entering into a binding obligation to pay for the Products ordered, should we accept your order.
2AL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer who has not fully paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.
2.3 During the ordering process, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors before final confirmation. Please take the time to read and verify your order carefully at each stage.
2.4 All orders are subject to our acceptance. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation email, which constitutes acceptance by us. The sales contract is concluded once this email is sent. You will then receive another email once your order has been dispatched.
2.5 All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment, as we do not offer cash-on-delivery. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. If you change your mind after dispatch, you may refuse delivery or return the Products in accordance with our Return Policy.
2.6 Before placing an order, it is your responsibility to ensure that the Products can be delivered easily into your home and to the desired room. Access points must be wide enough for the chosen item. Any delivery failure due to misjudged measurements remains your sole responsibility. In such cases, delivery fees will still apply.
2.7 Your contact information must be kept up to date so that we can reach you regarding your order or delivery.
3. Product Availability
3.1 All Products displayed on our website are made to order (except for waxes and showroom models), according to the specifications requested by the Customer.
Orders are subject to the availability of materials.
If, for any reason, the delivery of Products is delayed due to supply issues, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order.
4. Images and Product Dimensions
4.1 In accordance with Article L111-1 of the French Consumer Code, My Club Chair strives to present the technical descriptions and essential characteristics of each Product as accurately as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies or errors in representation.
4.2 Product images shown on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately display colors or textures. The delivered Products may slightly differ from the images shown online.
4.3 While we make every effort to provide accurate measurements, all weights, dimensions, and capacities are approximate.
5. Product Prices
5.1 The price of a Product is as shown on our Site.
5.2 Prices may change at any time, but any modification will not affect an order already accepted by our Customer Service.
5.3 Prices are shown in euros, including VAT (where applicable), but excluding delivery charges. Delivery costs are calculated during checkout and shown in your basket once the delivery address is entered. For delivery details, please refer to our Delivery page
6. Payment
6.1 We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment page. Products and applicable delivery fees must be paid before dispatch.
6.2 Payments are not considered as deposits or advance payments (“arrhes” or “acomptes”).
7. Delivery
7.1 We offer several delivery options with estimated times indicated for each Product. For more details, please see our Delivery page.
7.2 You can track your order at any time by logging into the My Orders section of your account.
8. Delivery Times
8.1 Our shipping times are calculated in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and include the manufacturing and transport period.
8.2 For orders containing multiple Products with different delivery times, the order will be shipped based on the longest estimated time. 2AL may, however, choose to split deliveries at no additional cost to the customer.
9. Cancellations and Returns
9.1 In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers (excluding professional clients) have 14 days from receipt to return a Product that does not meet their expectations.
9.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only the price of the purchased Product(s) will be refunded, excluding delivery fees.

9.4 Returns must be sent to:

9.5 Returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.
9.6 The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or custom-made items. This includes all Products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications (color, comfort, suspension, dimensions, etc.) and for which production began with the customer’s agreement before the 14-day withdrawal period ended.
10. Refunds
10.1 After inspection of the returned Product, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, without additional fees, within a maximum of 14 days.
10.2 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for customized or bespoke items.
11. Ownership
11.1 Ownership of the Products transfers to you once full payment, including delivery fees, has been received.
11.2 Responsibility for the Products passes to you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) upon physical receipt.
11.3 Products remain the property of 2AL until full payment is received. However, from delivery onward, all risks associated with the Products are borne by the customer.
12. Warranty
12.1 All Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, valid for two years from the date of delivery.
12.2 This warranty applies only under normal (non-professional) use.
12.3 Damage resulting from normal wear or misuse is not covered, nor is professional use.
13. After-Sales Service
13.1 Customers wishing to submit an after-sales request must do so through our Contact Form.
13.2 Requests are processed within 48 working hours, and a response will be provided as soon as possible.
14. Intellectual Property
14.1 The website and brand www.myclubchair.com, along with all associated content, are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and are registered with the INPI.
14.2 No reproduction is permitted without prior written consent, except for strictly private use.
14.3 Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement, punishable under French intellectual property law.
15. Taxes and Customs Duties
15.1 Any order placed on Myclubchair.com and delivered outside France may be subject to import taxes or customs duties applied upon arrival in the destination country.
15.2 These duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
15.3 We are not required to verify or inform you of applicable customs duties or taxes. Please check with your local customs authority.
16. Data Protection
16.1 In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), 2AL ensures the highest level of confidentiality and security for all personal data provided by its customers.
16.2 Data collected on the Site is used exclusively for order processing and customer management. 2AL does not share or sell your personal data to third parties.
16.3 Under the French Data Protection Act (Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978), you have the right to access, correct, and oppose your personal data at any time by writing to:

17. Eco-Mobilier – Recycling Compliance
2AL is registered with the National Register of Furniture Producers under number FR023367_10SSP4, in accordance with the Anti-Waste for a Circular Economy Act effective from January 1, 2022.
This registration certifies 2AL’s compliance with its environmental obligations under Article L.541-10-1 of the French Environmental Code.
18. Applicable Law and Disputes
18.1 These Terms of Sale are written in French and governed by French law.
18.2 In the event of a dispute, the consumer and the professional shall first attempt to reach an amicable solution.
If no agreement is reached, the consumer may contact the AME CONSO Consumer Mediation Service free of charge within one year of submitting a written complaint to the professional.

18.3 All clauses of these Terms of Sale and any resulting transactions are governed by French law.
18.4 For professional clients, any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Toulouse, in accordance with Article 48 of the French Code of Civil Procedure.
19. Force Majeure
19.1 2AL shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in cases of force majeure, strikes, postal or transport disruptions, floods, or fires.
19.2 For Products purchased for professional use, 2AL shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profit, or operating loss.
19.3 The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any inability to use the Product, including due to incompatibility, shall not give rise to compensation or refund, except in cases of proven hidden defect or non-conformity.
