At My Club Chair, every order is handled with the highest level of security and transparency. We carefully select reliable payment solutions to ensure a smooth, confidential and fully protected transaction.

• 3-installment payment with Alma (no extra fees)

All payments are processed in euros (€). Production or shipment begins once full payment has been received.

🔐 100% Secure Online Payment

All card payments are processed via the secure platform Systempay, fully compliant with international 3D Secure standards.

Your payment information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. No banking details are transmitted to or stored on our servers.

💶 Pay in 3 Interest-Free Installments

For added flexibility, we offer 3 interest-free monthly installments through our partner Alma for orders between €400 and €3,000 (excluding shipping).

Example: A €1,200 armchair can be paid in 3 installments of €400 each.

Installment payments are subject to approval by Alma SAS and their terms and conditions.

🏦 Bank Transfer

Our banking details (IBAN / BIC) are provided in your order confirmation email. Your order is validated once the transfer has been received.

✉ Payment by Cheque

We accept cheques issued by French banks only:

• One single cheque, cashed upon receipt
• Two cheques (the second cashed 8 days prior to shipment)

🧾 Invoicing

Your invoice is issued at the time of shipment and is available for download in your customer account under “Orders & Tracking”.

Companies with a valid intra-Community VAT number may enter it during account creation.

🌍 VAT & International Orders

Prices are displayed inclusive of tax for the European Union (VAT of the recipient's country).

Orders shipped outside the EU may be invoiced excluding VAT and may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees payable by the customer.

VAT refunds may be available under certain conditions (permanent residence outside the EU and validated PABLO form).

🚚 Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM)

Orders shipped to French overseas territories are subject to French VAT.

For logistical reasons, delivery is generally made to a freight forwarder in mainland France. The customer is responsible for organizing onward transport.

Our customer service team will never request your banking details by phone or email.

In case of payment default, the company 2AL reserves the right to suspend or refuse the order.
