European Union
We ship your order directly from our workshop to the delivery address of your choice within mainland France and throughout the European Union.
For deliveries outside the European Union, please contact us via our contact form.
United States
We ship your Club armchairs and sofas to all cities in the United States. Air freight transit time is estimated at 72 hours.
The final home delivery must be arranged by the customer, who will choose the delivery date with the carrier.
United-Kingdom
Following the customs regulations introduced after Brexit, deliveries of our Club chairs and sofas to the United Kingdom can only be made to a professional company or freight forwarder holding a valid EORI number.
If you are a private customer residing in the UK, you will need to appoint a freight forwarder of your choice. The forwarder will be responsible for all import and customs clearance procedures, the payment of any applicable duties and taxes, and the organization of the final delivery to your home.
Once your freight forwarder provides us with the necessary shipping details and EORI number, we will be able to dispatch your order under the best possible conditions.
Production Time
Our products are made to order using a bespoke artisanal process.
The average production time is 8 to 9 weeks for most of the year.
During peak periods (end-of-year holidays, summer season), this timeframe may be extended.

3 Delivery Options
1. Warehouse Collection
You may collect your order yourself from our warehouse in Toulouse by prior appointment.
2. Standard Delivery (Estimated 4 days)
Standard delivery is fast and cost-effective. It does not include in-home installation.
- Delivery without a scheduled time slot
- Drop-off at curbside (property boundary)
- Handling into the property is the customer’s responsibility
- The driver does not assist with handling
- Packaging is not removed
3. Premium Delivery (Estimated 15 days)
Mainland France only
This option provides a tailored service: two professional delivery staff place your furniture in the room of your choice.
- Personalized appointment scheduling by phone
- SMS confirmation with delivery time slot
- Unpacking, installation, and removal of packaging included
- Delivery up to the 3rd floor included
Above the 3rd floor, if the elevator cannot accommodate the item, a supplement of €50 per additional floor will apply.
If access to your home presents specific constraints (narrow hallway, staircase, no elevator), please inform the carrier at the time of scheduling.
In the event that delivery cannot be completed due to unreported access constraints, additional charges may apply. Failing agreement, the order may be returned, with transport costs remaining at the customer's expense.
If special equipment is required (furniture lift, crane, etc.), the customer must arrange and notify the carrier accordingly.
Indicative Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the selected method (4 to 15 days).
These timeframes are estimates and do not constitute a binding contractual commitment. They may vary depending on seasonal factors (school holidays, year-end holidays, weather conditions, etc.).
Shipping Costs
- Mainland France: The exact amount of shipping costs is automatically calculated in your cart after you enter your delivery address.
- Outside Mainland France: Deliveries to destinations outside mainland France (European Union and international) may incur additional charges. These extra costs, particularly those related to fuel surcharges in the current economic context, may be added to the amount initially paid by the customer.
Old Sofa Removal
As part of the Premium Delivery option only, we can arrange the removal of your old sofa.
Please submit your request via our contact form prior to delivery.
Upon Delivery
You must carefully inspect the package and open it before signing the delivery note. The driver must allow sufficient time for inspection.
In case of damage, detailed and specific reservations must be noted on the delivery document (e.g., “scratch on left armrest,” “scratched leg,” etc.).
General statements such as “subject to unpacking” or “packaging in good condition” are not considered valid.
If the driver refuses to allow inspection, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
Any claim must be submitted via our contact form within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays), and subsequently confirmed by registered letter to:

In the absence of properly recorded reservations, the delivery shall be deemed accepted.
About Basane Leather
Our armchairs and sofas are crafted from basane leather, a natural, uncorrected sheepskin leather.
Natural markings (scars, grain variations, tonal nuances) attest to its authenticity and do not constitute defects.
Each piece is inspected prior to shipment.
By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these natural characteristics.
Access & Special Conditions
Delivery vehicles park exclusively on paved public roads and do not enter private driveways.
In case of absence, goods will not be left with a neighbor without prior written authorization.
