Our club chairs are covered against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

Solid Wood Frame – 5 Years

The structural frame is guaranteed against manufacturing defects or abnormal structural failure.

Suspension & Foam – 2 Years

We guarantee the durability and resilience of the suspension system and cushioning under normal use.

Upholstery (Leather) – 2 Years

Leather covering is covered against material or manufacturing defects.

In accordance with applicable law, you also benefit from:

  • Legal warranty of conformity
  • Warranty against hidden defects

These legal rights apply in addition to our commercial warranty.

To remain fully transparent, our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Natural leather variations (patina, creases, softening over time)
  • Damage caused by improper care or maintenance
  • Stains, cuts, burns, or accidental damage
  • Repairs or modifications performed by third parties

The My Club Chair commercial warranty applies exclusively to private individuals for residential and personal use.

It does not apply to professionals or products used in any commercial, hospitality, office, or public environment setting.

What is the warranty period for my chair?

5 years for the solid wood frame, 2 years for suspensions and foam, and 2 years for upholstery (leather or fabric), against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

What do I need to provide for a warranty claim?

Your proof of purchase along with a few photos (and ideally a short description) of the issue. This helps us assess your request quickly and accurately.

What is the response time?

We respond within 48 business hours with a clear and concrete solution tailored to your situation.

What happens if my chair has a defect?

Depending on the diagnosis, we will offer a repair, a replacement, or a fair and appropriate solution. Our priority is to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Do I have to pay anything under warranty?

No. If the issue is covered by the warranty, we take care of the solution at no cost to you.

Is leather wear (patina, creasing) covered?

No. Patina and natural variations are part of the normal life of full-grain leather. However, material or manufacturing defects are covered for 2 years.

Does the warranty cover stains, damage or accidents?

No. Accidental damage such as stains, cuts or burns is not covered by the warranty.

Does the warranty apply to professional use (hotel, restaurant, office)?

No. The My Club Chair commercial warranty is reserved for private customers and domestic use only. For professional use, please contact us to discuss a tailored solution.

Do legal warranties apply in addition to the commercial warranty?

Yes. You also benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.
