With the Cabaret Club Sofabed, you will rediscover the art of decorating the Roaring Twenties. The era of grandiose entertainment in music halls and theaters, including the Moulin Rouge and the Folies Bergères, is found in the timeless style of this model.
Imagine that it is inspired by the era of the French cancan, daring dances, surprising choreographies where the legs of these ladies are revealed by the cracking of their frilly petticoats. The daring and carelessness of this period dictated the search for the design of this sofa.
Patinated by hand with vegetable tanning, the leather of this Cabaret 2 seater Club Sofabed is of superior quality. The thickness of 1.4 / 1.6 mm of sheepskin leather ensures its flexibility and softness. The mechanism of this unit hides wooden slats surmounted by a mattress 8 cm thick Bultex® foam.
From these points in common, you can clarify your order in order to be sure to own a unique piece. Choose between a studded or piped finish, firm, medium or soft comfort. 7 colors are available, to mention only honey, chocolate and black.

Our Club chairs are made of 1.4/1.6 mm thick full grain sheep leather (basane leather).
This leather is renowned for its strength and softness and guarantees excellent long-term durability.
The vegetable tanning of our skins is done in the Toulouse region by a tannery with world-renowned know-how.
During assembly, in order to obtain an optimal result, we wet the leather so that it perfectly fits the curves of the model.
We then let the skin dry naturally.
Once the chair is dry, we colour it with the chosen shade.
Once dyed, the leather is patinated and waxed by hand to bring out the roughness of the leather. This step underlines the elegance and the beautiful natural colour of the material. The back is studded or finished with piping, as desired.

The frame and legs of our models are made entirely of solid beech. Our wood is kiln-dried, which increases its strength. The joints are carefully stapled and glued.
There are 2 types of frames:
The seat cushion is less steep, which makes it easier to get up.
The seat cushion is lowered more, which can cause problems when standing up.
