The Club Moustache Sofa, in its 3-seat version, is easily recognizable with its moustache-shaped backrest and its deep and enveloping shapes. The softness of the basane leather already hints at the comfort of the seats. It is the ideal furniture for your reading moments.
Like a gentleman of the time, the 1930 Club Moustache Sofa has a composed and elegant design. Its mustache-shaped backrest is pleasing to the eye and very practical. If you feel tired while reading, you can rest your head on the backrest.
The shape of Clémenceau’s moustache inspired the designers of this sofa. Its solidity is the image of the rage to win of this famous politician. His daring played a big role in the victory during the First World War.
If the design appeals to you, the technical side will dazzle you. The Moustache Leather Club Sofa 3 Seater relies on the use of solid materials to ensure its longevity.
First of all, it is covered with a basane leather. This full grain sheep leather, 1.4/1.6mm thick, is of very high quality. It benefits from a traditional vegetable tanning as they are still found in the country of the golden basane, in the last French tanneries.
Then, the frame and legs of the Sofa Club Cuir Moustache are made of solid beech to add to the durability of the chair.
The stain, patina and waxing of this sofa club are done by hand. We can therefore offer you custom finishes.
Comfort is a matter of upholstery. You have the choice between 3 possibilities: soft, medium or firm with, as an option, a suspension on biconical springs (in the frame) which brings more flexibility to the reception.
Finally, the Leather Moustache Sofa Club is available in 12 colors to choose from: gold, honey, rustic, chocolate, cognac, red, black, denim blue, burgundy, bottle green, antique green, pink.

Our Club chairs are made of 1.4/1.6 mm thick full grain sheep leather (basane leather).
This leather is renowned for its strength and softness and guarantees excellent long-term durability.
The vegetable tanning of our skins is done in the Toulouse region by a tannery with world-renowned know-how.
During assembly, in order to obtain an optimal result, we wet the leather so that it perfectly fits the curves of the model.
We then let the skin dry naturally.
Once the chair is dry, we colour it with the chosen shade.
Once dyed, the leather is patinated and waxed by hand to bring out the roughness of the leather. This step underlines the elegance and the beautiful natural colour of the material. The back is studded or finished with piping, as desired.

The frame and legs of our models are made entirely of solid beech. Our wood is kiln-dried, which increases its strength. The joints are carefully stapled and glued.
There are 2 types of frames:
The seat cushion is less steep, which makes it easier to get up.
The seat cushion is lowered more, which can cause problems when standing up.
