Payment
All our prices are displayed including VAT (TTC) for orders delivered within the European Union (EU), in accordance with current legislation.
Orders placed outside the EU may be displayed excluding VAT (HT) and may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
These costs and related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
To place an order, you must have a customer account.
You can create one during checkout or at any time directly on our website.

All payments are processed in euros (€).
Products and delivery fees must be paid in full before shipment.

Our website uses the Stripe secure payment platform, which complies with 3D Secure standards.
Once your order is confirmed, you are redirected to Stripe’s payment interface. Only Stripe processes and stores your banking information — Mon Fauteuil Club never has access to your payment details.
All transmitted data is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, ensuring the confidentiality and security of your personal and financial information.
Payment by Cheque
We only accept cheques issued by French banks.
You may pay:

in one cheque, cashed upon receipt, or

in two cheques, with the first deposited when the order is placed and the second 8 days before shipment.

Payment by Bank Transfer
You may pay by bank transfer directly from your account.
Our banking details (IBAN and BIC) will be provided in your order confirmation email.
Your order will be processed once payment has been received.
Payment in Installments with Alma
We offer 3 interest-free installments through our partner Alma, for orders between €400 and €3,000 (excluding shipping).
This service is simple, secure, and free of additional charges.
Example: for a purchase of €1,200, you will pay three installments of €400 each.
Payments made with Alma are subject to approval by Alma SAS and the terms and conditions available at checkout.
Security and Caution
⚠️ Important: Our customer service team will never contact you by phone or email to request your banking details or to validate a transaction.
We decline all responsibility if a customer discloses personal or banking information to a third party.
In the event of non-payment, SAS 2AL reserves the right to refuse shipment or to cancel any future orders from the same customer until payment has been settled.
Invoicing
Your invoice will be issued upon shipment of your order.
It can be downloaded directly from your customer account, under “Orders and Tracking”.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a company with an intra-community VAT number, you can enter this number when creating your account — it will automatically appear on your invoice.
VAT and Export
Purchases made on MonFauteuilClub.com are subject to the current French VAT rate (20%).
Intra-community sales are invoiced at the same rate, unless a valid intra-community VAT number is provided.
Customers residing within the EU are charged the French VAT rate.
Only exports outside the European Union may be eligible for a VAT refund, provided the following conditions are met:

You are a permanent resident outside the European Union

You hold a valid passport and a proof of residence at the time of purchase

You obtain a PABLO tax refund form validated before leaving the EU
French citizens temporarily living abroad are not eligible for VAT refund.
French customers who can prove permanent residence abroad may qualify for a tax refund in accordance with applicable regulations.
Export Sales and Overseas Territories
Sales to French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM) are subject to VAT under the same conditions as in mainland France.
However, for logistical reasons and to reduce transport costs, orders destined for the DOM-TOM are usually delivered to a forwarding agent of your choice located in mainland France.
The customer is responsible for organizing shipment from the forwarding agent to the final overseas destination.
