I. Return
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.
After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept returns or issue refunds.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their complete original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials).
Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.
2. Items Excluded from Returns
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

Personalized or custom-made, according to the client’s specifications (color, upholstery, comfort, dimensions, suspension, etc.);

Made to order, requiring specific manufacturing based on the customer’s request.
Because these products are crafted to your personal specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

Submit a request using our contact form to obtain a return number and the return address.

Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring they are well protected during shipping.

Ship your parcel using the carrier of your choice to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please keep proof of shipment until your refund is confirmed.

Any parcel without identification or a return number cannot be accepted.
5. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit or voucher for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:

You will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item, along with confirmation of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (or converted into store credit upon request).

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date we acknowledge your return request, provided the product has been received.
Refunds apply only to the price of the returned item(s), excluding shipping fees.
Initial shipping costs and return shipping expenses remain the responsibility of the customer.
